Arrival ca. 2005?

Got an email from my buddy Dennis De La Montanya @ De La Montanya Estate Vineyards the other day. He wanted me to spread the word that the vineyard is releasing their second annual collaboration with the band Journey in the form of this 2005 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. I met Dennis and his wife Tina and their family while visiting California this past summer, and they are great people with a great tradition of award winning wines. This year, Dennis managed to acquire a limited number of autographed bottles (including prior Journey frontman Steve Augeri), which are selling for $100/bottle and unautographed bottles for $50. All proceeds will go to benefit the Bay Area Make A Wish Foundation. You can pick up a bottle here!

It would also appear that all those who may have been interested in why I’m not singing with Journey have probably read this blog at this point…In the interest in keeping things upbeat and positive around here, I’ve decided to take down the posts discussing that situation. Here’s to a happy and healthy 2008!
